How long does it take to receive the order?

We ship your order within 1-2 business days. You should receive it within 5-8 business days from the shipping date. Tracking code will be provided once shipped.

Where and how our bags are made?

Our bags are made in India. The process includes selection, washing, cutting, assembling, sewing, finishing and several standard quality checks on each bag.

Are bags made up from real leather or synthetic leather?

We only use real buffalo and cow hides in producing our bags.

Are these products eco-friendly?

Yes, our bags are eco-friendly as we only use up-cycled materials. We believe fashion should never go to waste!

Are these products hand-crafted?

Yes, all of our bags are hand-crafted.
